Meet our founder

Pierra Heard, Founder and CEO of Millennial & Mommy•ing, launched the brand in October 2020. During the pandemic, Pierra shared her experience of being a full-time working mom, a student, and navigating life in quarantine with a young child. Her perspective on achieving balance and questioning the notion that women can't have it all quickly resonated with thousands of mothers. What began as a group chat among like-minded women motivating each other evolved into a Facebook community and has since grown into a global movement with thousands of women joining the cause.

Pierra is a higher education professional, entrepreneur, momager, and a student working toward her PhD, all while being a devoted and active mother to her daughter, Pace. Together, they recently launched their children's book, Pace for President. Pierra's message to all mothers is clear: there is nothing particularly special or unique about her journey in motherhood. Many mothers have the ability to achieve similar success. She aims to inspire others to flourish and become the best version of themselves, because when we strive for our best, we empower the next generation to do the same.
